At Up Closets, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products, offering a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for our custom-designed and installed closet systems. This warranty remains valid under the stated terms for as long as you own the home where our system was originally installed and provided it remains in its original installed location.

The warranty is effective from the date of delivery and covers material defects. As always, we encourage our clients to reach out with any concerns or questions regarding the warranty—even outside of the warranty period—as we are committed to delivering an exceptional client experience and are always here to support and address your needs.

While our products are backed by this warranty, it does not cover:

• Components manufactured by third parties (e.g., light bulbs)
• Normal wear and tear (such as fading over time due to light or smoke exposure)
• Damage resulting from improper use or modifications made by anyone other than UpClosets
• During the design process, your UpClosets design consultant will explain the warranty details specific to your location and answer any questions you may have.
